This is a very scarce hardback issue of the second annual, published in 1967, which even includes the full colour dust jacket. Contains the famous article on Dick Hirschberg's Knucklehead!
The book is in excellent order; there is a 1969 dedication on the inside front cover: please check the photos for condition.
