Returns

We’re fair. And we buy stuff online too. So if something you’ve bought from us turns up damaged, incomplete or – gulp – not at all, contact us .

If necessary, we will replace, renew and resend without hesitation.

We hope you like your purchase but if you want to return any of the items you ordered please post back to Greasy Kulture, 9 Barleycorn Yard, Walmgate, York, YO1 9TX.

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order for it to be returned to us. We recommend shipping your return within 7 days of receiving the item to ensure it arrives within this time.

Tags: All items must be returned with their original tags in tact

Shoes: Please return all items within their box. Please try on shoes and boots on an indoor carpeted surface so as to protect the soles.

Clothing: Please take care when trying on clothes, as all items must be returned in a unused, undamaged and new condition.

Made to order items: Items which are ‘made to order’ are non-fundable, non- exchangeable.

We will refund the price paid to the original payment card within 5 - 10 working days of receiving your item(s) back. Please note that refund times are dictated by the card issuers and are outside of our control.

Exchange Policy

To exchange, please return the original item(s) after which you can place a new order.

Cancelling Your Order

Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which (a) you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods, or (b) in the case of a contract relating to multiple goods ordered by you and delivered separately after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

How to cancel

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement; this can be completed by either:

1. Complete and submit the cancellation form to sales@greasykulture.com. If you choose to use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a cancellation on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.

2. Emailing help@greasykulture.com to inform us of your decision to cancel this contract.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than-
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
If you have received goods in connection with the contract you shall send back the goods or hand them over to us or our authorised carrier, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
