Brexit sucks. We didn't vote for it – we are proud Europeans – and it has made our lives difficult. And unfortunately, it may now affect our customers in the EU.
New rules from July 1 mean that EU countries will apply VAT to all goods they receive from non-EU nations (even of low value), which now includes us as we are based in the UK.
So what will this mean for you, as one of our customers? As the bulk of our products are marked 'printed paper' and delivered as documents (as defined by our shipper, DHL), hopefully you will not be charged any VAT. But we cannot guarantee this.
So please be aware, if your country's customs rules demand it, you may be charged extra to receive packages from us (as you might do from, for example, the USA). The only silver lining to this cloud is that the VAT rate applied to magazines, journals and newspapers is generally at a much lower rate than normal.
We're gutted about this: but as a tiny independent business we do not have the resources to pay or absorb or deal with this charge from our end. Sorry.

Yes we are Europeans that does does not mean we should be part of the EU which totally different. Despite all the positive articles on the benefits on leaving and how the EU is falling apart, people like you are still harping on not voting. My suggestion is go and live there.
