Delivery
WHEN WILL YOU RECEIVE YOUR PURCHASE FROM US?
We ship almost all orders the day after we receive them. You should receive a notification from us that your order has shipped.
- If you are in the UK delivery should be within 1 to 5 days, via Royal Mail.
- In Europe, airmail delivery should be within 9 to 14 working days. This service is not tracked , unless you specify a tracked service.
- In the USA, airmail delivery should be within 14 to 21 days. This service is not tracked, unless you specify a tracked service.
- For the rest of the world, airmail delivery should be within 21 to 28 days. This service is not tracked , unless you specify a tracked service.

CUSTOMS CHARGES:
Please be aware that BREXIT means all EU customers receiving packages from us may now be charged an extra fee by their customs authority. Wherever you are located in the world, any customs or VAT charges must be paid by you, the customer, so please check the import duty rules in your own country.
Sorry, but if you refuse delivery for any reason, you are responsible for the content(s) of that order and will not be eligible for a refund of the shipping costs you paid.
PACKAGES OVER 2 kg / 4.4 lbs:
More valuable orders and those over 2kg sent outside the UK are delivered by DHL Express airmail (tracked) and should arrive within 3-7 days, wherever you are.
Packages under 2kg will be sent via airmail (you may be given the option to track your shipment at checkout) and are subject to the shipping times listed above.
