Original vintage Harley-Davidson peaked 'Captain's Hat' in very good condition.
It is a larger size 7 1/8 (around 57cm) ... extremely hard to find as vintage sizes in these hats tend to be much smaller.
Other than age-related wear to the leather hat band (see photos) the hat is in excellent shape, with no holes, rips or damage. Even the ribbon is intact.
The peak has a lovely aged ivory shade to it and the ribbon is a yellower colour than the later hats.
