This is a rare second issue of Hot Rod Deluxe magazine, published by Petersen, from 2000. It only lasted under this title for two issues – this being the last.
It documented the youngsters who had created a new traditional hot rod and kustom scene in California. This is the beginning of it all! Some great articles here... see the photos.
