The Run by Peter Cave, New English Library paperback, 1974

This is a rare New English Library (NEL) paperback pulp biker novel from 1974 with one of the most desirable covers: Sonny Barger (Oakland Hells Angels president) riding his Harley.

This copy is one of the nicer examples we've seen: complete and together with a good, firm spine and a clean cover.

As with all NEL novels, which were cheaply mass produced, the newsprint-type paper has yellowed. There is creasing and age-related wear visible (these books are over half a century old!).
